In June 2023, our partner Prof. Dr. Renate Dendorfer-Ditges and our associate partner Philipp Wilhelm presented mediation in the host country Germany at the international World Forum of Mediation Centres. This was complemented by some voices of experienced German mediation experts on the status quo of mediation in Germany.

Prof. Dr. Renate Dendorfer-Ditges initiated a panel discussion at the annual conference of the International Law Section of the American Bar Association (ABA) in Washington D.C. in May 2024, in which experts discussed the importance of human rights in mediation.
