Urlaub: Hinweispflicht des Arbeitgebers

Die Handhabung von Urlaubsansprüchen wird für die Arbeitgeber zunehmend komplizierter. Nach aktueller Rechtsprechung verfallen Urlaubsansprüche nicht mehr automatisch, wenn Mitarbeitende den Urlaub nicht nehmen. Vielmehr muss der Arbeitgeber seine Mitwirkungsobliegenheiten erfüllen, damit ein Verfall überhaupt eintreten kann.
